" Very warm welcome with a nice cup or tea and cake . bedroom was lovely and clean with a real comfortable bed and large bathroom with power shower, the room also had tea and coffee making facilities, Arwyn house offered a lovely breakfast , i will deffinatly go back again, "

" Great house with evening relaxing rooms, double room was well equipped, very comfortable bed, nice shower, and lovely views. Breakfast excellent, and a very welcoming family. Our only regret is we couldn't stay for longer. Highly recommended "

" Roger, Kate, 3 lovely children and Molly the dog, what a warm welcome we received from them all. The house is amazing, stunning fixtures and fittings. Lovely views from our comfy room, mmmmmm, such crisp soft bedding. Breakfast was yummy. Roger and Kate really make you feel at home, such friendly people and nothing was too much trouble. " What a lovely find and wonderful retriet. Relaxing weekend, extremely high standard, luxurious room spottlessly clean and full of character. Roger and Katie really welcoming, hearty breakfast and lovely afternoon tea offered on return from walk. Both are very obviously passionate about making people's stay a lovely experience and the house exudes the warm welcome everyone enjoys. "
